• Modify, reverse-engineer, or misuse the AI models

• Violate any applicable privacy laws

• Share API keys without proper authorization

Violation of these terms may result in account suspension or legal action.

4. API Licensing & Subscription

For businesses integrating VitalSign AI’s technology:

• API keys are licensed per usage tier (as outlined in pricing plans).

• Reselling API services without permission is prohibited.

• Data collected via API must comply with applicable data protection regulations.

5. Payment & Subscriptions

• Personal Use: Users may access free and paid subscription tiers.

• Enterprise API: Clients must subscribe to an API plan for access.

6. Data Ownership & Privacy
